Who’s afraid of sex ed?


This Tuesday the Wisconsin Legislature will vote to repeal the Healthy Youth Act, which requires that human growth and development classes in Wisconsin schools adhere to some standards. Without the Healthy Youth Act in place there is absolutely no oversight on sex-ed classes; teachers could literally say that the stork brings babies.
