We should be comfortable with the idea of condoms by now. They have been around in various forms since 1000 B.C., when the Egyptians used linen sheaths to protect against disease. Around the 1500s it was discovered that condoms also aided in pregnancy prevention.

The bather’s guide to the bar of soap

Soap is used everyday, yet most people put little thought into it. It can be easy and convenient to simply run to Walgreen’s and pick up any inexpensive bar of generic antibacterial bar soap. These soaps are extremely drying to the skin and do little to enhance the daily cleansing experience. Bar soap doesn’t have to be boring and second-rate to heavily favored liquid body washes. There are some great lines of bar soaps that are surprisingly luxurious and make the daily bathing experience a more enjoyable one.
