The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee men’s basketball team came out Monday night against Edgewood College as if they had something to prove.

Apparently, the city of Milwaukee is an attractive place to call home. Either that or the best recruiters in the conference coach for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

A 12-match winning streak for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women’s volleyball team ended its regular season. The Panthers played guest to both Butler and Wright State and showed both teams why they were the 2006 Horizon League Champions, beating each in only three games.

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women’s basketball team opened its season in South Florida against the Bulls, and lost 85-59.
