From the moment I saw the trailer for the movie “Jarhead,” I knew it was a movie that I had to see. So on a Tuesday, my wife I and made a date to go out to see it. We called the babysitter, figured out logistics and made plans to go out that Thursday night.

Straight story a gem

I just wanted to say that I loved Diego Costa’s column article in the Post, "When I was straight." It was exceptionally well-written, humorous and strikingly true. I went to a Lutheran high school and I remember trying to date girls, thankfully when they wanted to "get it on," I could say, "The Bible says we shouldn't."

Rewriting rewritten history

This past Veterans Day, President Bush made a strong charge: that Democrats criticizing his handling of the war have rewritten history.

While it’s true that many of the Democrats who are now criticizing him initially supported the war, it is Bush who should take a step back and think before he is so fast to accuse.
