Finding that courage

By Anna Kasper

Dear Anna,

I like a girl and don't know how to tell her. I'm used to dating girls that I have very little in common with, girls who I know I won't be with for more than a couple of months. It’s different with this new girl. We have everything in common, and hanging out with her is ridiculously fun. We've made plans to see each other everyday since we met. I've never really tried to notice if a girl cared for me, I just assumed they didn't. So now that it matters, I can't tell. How do I know if she feels the same way I do, and how do I approach asking out the coolest girl I will ever meet?

Dealing with love in secret

By Anna Kasper

Anna,

I’ve lived in secrecy all of my life. I’m Hawaiian but my parents are both from Wisconsin. When I was born, my father and mother were living in Honolulu because of my dad’s business. My father works for an agency that requires a large degree of secrecy, thus we move around a lot.

By Anna Kasper

Dear Anna,

My boyfriend has really bad breath and it’s a total mood killer whenever we kiss. What should I tell him to do?

Have faith in closed eyes

By Anna Kasper

Dear Anna,

My boyfriend never opens his eyes when we're having sex. It makes me feel bad, like I'm not enough and he is imagining other women. What do you think?

Too late for a friend to date?

By Anna Kasper

Dear Anna,

I've been good friends with this guy for years, and a few months ago, I realized I had feelings for him. I never told him because I didn’t want to ruin our friendship. Recently he started dating my friend. I'm trying to be supportive of their relationship, but my heart is breaking. Anna, should I tell them how I feel or just sit back and wait for the feelings to go away?
