Any band that has been shut down in Racine for “rocking too hard” is most likely going to be cool in anybody’s book. Forth Effect, a 21st-century progressive rock group from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee has proven that a college band can make an enjoyable “epic” album.

“A Stranger in Cellophane Skin,” collectively written by the entire band, showcases Forth Effect’s talents and wide influences while keeping the listener engaged throughout.
