Despite the government calling an end to the recession five years ago, the Milwaukee job market does not seem to be improving, especially for working-age black males. According to a new report released by UWM professor Marc Levine and Center for Economic Development, only 52.7 percent black males between the ages of 25-54 in 2010 were employed.
