“Christmas with Paula Deen: Recipes and Stories from My Favorite Holiday” Simon and Schuster Adult Publishing Group This book is an intimate look at Paula’s family, filled with recipes and holiday anecdotes, complete with family photos, and of course, her famous Southern charm.

“Amazing Grace” by Danielle Steel. Dell Publishing. Steel’s latest novel is set in the aftermath of an earthquake in San Francisco, and tells the story of four strangers whose lives intersect as a result of the tragedy.

“No Reservations: Around the World on an Empty Stomach” by Anthony Bordain. Bloomsbury, USA. A companion to his television show by the same name, “No Reservations” is a definitive guide to Bordain’s worldwide travels in the search for good food.

“Before Your Dog Can Eat Your Homework, First You Have to Do It: Life Lessons from a Wise Old Dog to a Young Boy” by John O’Hurley. Hudson Street Press. The latest installment of words of wisdom from comedian and actor John O’Hurley. The cover says it all.
