There are tons of muscles in the human body that we constantly think about. We think about the tightness of our asses, the flatness of our abs and the tone of our arms. We are commonly forgetting the most important muscles in the body.
The love muscles, or at least the lust muscles.
That’s right, ladies. When you are concerned with making every part of your body as lean and toned as possible, don’t forget to do your kegel exercises.
Kegel exercises tighten the muscles of a woman’s pelvic floor, which is a fancy name for the muscles at the opening to the “love tunnel.” These muscles are like any other; exercise strengthens and gives one more control over use of the muscles.
Many women don’t realize that we have these muscles, but they are the same muscles one would use to stop peeing in mid-stream. Try it really quick … OK, you just did one kegel exercise. The muscles you are exercising are often referred to as “kegel muscles.” While this isn’t really accurate, the exercise itself is a kegel.
There are many different types of kegel exercises for all types of preferences and experience levels. The most basic is merely a tighten-and-release method. Tighten the muscles in your pelvic floor, wait a few seconds and release. Repeat this simple exercise as often as you can.
The best thing about these exercises is that you can do them anywhere, anytime. You can do them sitting in the office, in class or in a bar.
Strengthening these muscles has many benefits to women. Not only are the pelvic floor muscles the muscles that make a girl feel loose or tight during sex, but they also help with childbirth and incontinence.
The more exercise these muscles get, the more control a woman has over them. This means that she will be able to do vaginal acrobatics during sex. This is definitely a plus.
Kegel exercises are not the only way to tighten this general area. Ben Wa balls are a very popular and simple way to work this area while going about your regular day. These are two weighted balls that are to be inserted into the vaginal canal and left there throughout the day. Leave them in for a couple of hours.
One can go about the entire day without the Ben Wa balls interfering in her life. The way they work is the body works to keep the balls in place by tightening the vaginal muscles. Every step you take is another little exercise.
The only problem I’ve ever heard of is occasional spontaneous orgasms. Trust me, this, while awkward, is not unpleasant.
There are also drops you can use, but it’s unclear as to whether they actually work or not. You can always give them a try. They are purchasable at almost any porn shop. Honestly, these miracle drops seem like the easy way out.
